Hello and I guess welcome back once again to the Festus Home Builder Joni connected country tag homes podcast. Where should I keep this? Uh, this all moving here. The House we’re gonna be talking about today is going to be the Turnberry, Dah, Dah, Dah, Dah. And the term Barry is the, uh, uh, two story that we have. It’s 1,790 square feet.
Uh, it comes in at $189,900 Bay, a standard base, you know, uh, uh, to give a little info about it, it’s a completely open first floor plan. The main floor laundry is standard, um, large kitchen with the main floor laundry. That’s where it’s at. The second floor is the location of the, this, the three bedroom style of the term barrier has this mat, this massive master bedroom. It’s a 19 foot nine inches by 16 foot, 10 inches with the option.
Um, are you the walk in closet but the optional master suite as well? Uh, you can do a separate shower and review or in lieu of the a linen closet that’s in there. So you get the shower and the tub. Uh, yeah, in the optional second floor or second sink bowl or you can opt to uh, change that second floor into a four bedroom and make that master bedroom basically.
Cut in half. Now cut in half. But you know what I’m saying? Ah, the master bathroom or bedroom would get, so you’d have four bedrooms on the second floor. Oh that’s where all the rooms would be and uh
It would be 13 foot 10 inches by 13 foot, three inches instead of the 19 nine, 1610 that are, the other added space would be for that other bedroom. But you’d still have them, the huge walk in closet for the, if you wanted to do the aboriginal second floor with the four bedrooms, uh, the rest of the options that you could do for the terror barrier. Um, you got the elevation gain elevation be elevation B. It’s got the extended front porch, the extra, extra, a pillar in different garages, different siding. The masonry, you get the lot premium which varies on whichever homesite you’re going to choose elevation be cause it’s got that extended portion and be a little bit more stuff to get the dining room bay window box window at the breakfast room. You couldn’t do, there it is a vaulted ceiling. White God.
Am I going to go out in the Festus Home Builder? Tony Kinetic to construct homes also determined burying that luxury master bath. I was talking about the rough in plumbing. You could make it a three car garage, a double bowl sink in the master bathroom. Spindles on the stairwell. Fireplace option, the walkout basement option on certain home sites. Um, the ceiling fan wiring install, uh, the gas line, the 42 inch kitchen cabinets, coach light wiring, two car, three car upgrade. That interior interior door package, the waterline for the ice maker Garage door opener, stray saver, microwave near that appliance color upgrade to get the all stainless steel and the is Festus Home Builder Tony a country town homes is, she got all the brands that you’re going to need. Also though, whether bar windows, the Mason night doors, the Kohler, um, sinks and plumbing and all that brand names, good names. Uh, yeah. Josh, the term barrier, I mean if you want to, I don’t think he’s got the three d view for it yet, but if you want to go look at, you can go to [inaudible] dot com and look at every single one of the floor plans that we offer. Um, yeah, there’s a bunch watch that you can choose from and uh,
Yeah. With the term Barry, you get that wide open first floor layout, main floor laundry standard. Obviously it’s the, it’s the key. That’s right when you, uh,
well when you walk in the garage you just make a right and makes you go through the kitchen into that back. You know, you’ve got the Washer and dryer set up for you in there is huge master bedroom, which I was talking about earlier and uh,
Well if there’s anything we can do here with
the Turnberry, one of the bigger, more the bigger two story homes that we’re talking about. Um,
yeah, it also, with the deluxe package baggage right now what we’ve got going on here up at Festus Home Builder, Tony Canadian country tag homes has been trying to get people in here for that because it’s fantastic. And um, uh,
you got the, uh,
although the upgrades, I mean the deep kitchen sinks, the laminate counter tops, the 42 inch upper cabinets, like a lot of things you can do here and um, yeah, that’s uh, what they’re working with right now. And uh, yeah. Turnberry’s like the, I guess this the one that, the two story that I would prefer. I mean, well, I mean, yeah, definitely. Especially with that master bedroom, that master bathroom bedroom is huge. I got stupid vague and they just all build it for you. You, yeah. These options.
But yeah, the Festus Home Builder Tony Canadian country take homes. What that term Barry, if you the optional second floor, you know, for the, for the bigger families, you know, four bedrooms. When I was young, I mean I had to share the two bedrooms that we had, which I mean I’m not complaining about us filing me. Who did a
really different for the term varies the two elevation as the extended front porch if you want it. That, which I, a Festus Home Builder, always like that. If it’s raining outside or, I mean actually I guess that’s just the Midwest in me. We always just get outside and watch the storms. All other people on other sides of the, around the country like to coincide and seek. I know we seek that out, but uh, yeah. Fests home builder Tony [inaudible] protect homes just continues to make these beautiful homes. And then the term very, I’m actually looking at one right now.
