What Do You Know About Caseyville?

In the first half of the 1800s rich coal deposits were discovered in the area. By 1851 coal mining began and a railroad was built to transport the coal. A village was built to house those who worked in the coal mines and on the railroad. The village was named after Zadok Casey, a prominent member of the Illinois Coal Company and later a Lieutenant Governor of Illinois.

Currently, the Village of Caseyville is a residential community that is home to over 4,000 residents. It is conveniently located near the highways I-64 and I-55 and features a variety of shopping and recreational attractions.

We had a wonderful experience with County-TeK. Tony was very patient with all of my questions and needs. If I have ever needed anything he is always quick to help and correct any issue. We built almost two years ago and I know if I called him today he would answer and be genuinely happy to hear from us. Your builder makes a big difference and you won’t go wrong with County-TeK!

We’ve been working with Tony Knittig/Country -Tek Homes since the late 90’s. Tony and his operations have always been on top of their game and courteous to deal with. We work in the homes before and after buyers move in performing minor repairs. Based off the craftsmanship I’ve seen and talking with the new homeowners, I would not hesitate to have Country-Tek Homes build me a house!
